1. Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
- The item must be in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
Non-returnable items:
- Customized or personalized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 3–7 business days
- The amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method
Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., wrong item selected), return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility

We only replace items if they are:

- Damaged during shipping
- Incorrect items received

After this time:
- Orders may already be processed or shipped

Actual product colors may vary slightly due to lighting and screen settings - Batch Differences:
Slight variations in texture or dye lots may occur between batches
These are not considered defects.
