• 🗓 Return Window: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• 📦 Item Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition.
• 🚫 Non-Returnable Items: Opened yarn skeins, customized kits, clearance items, and digital downloads are non-refundable.

🚚 Shipping Responsibility

All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the product is damaged or incorrect due to our error.

We do not cover or reimburse any shipping fees for voluntary returns or exchanges (e.g. wrong color or change of mind).

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

💳 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

Please allow 5–7 business days for the transaction to appear.

Refunds (minus shipping) will be issued to your original payment method.
