Why hasn’t my tracking information changed?
Carriers sometimes take time to register scans after dispatch. If there is no update for an unusually long time, contact us with your order number.
What if my package is missing or marked delivered?
Check with household members, your building reception and carrier notices, then contact the carrier and DiyYarn support with your tracking number.
Could I be charged customs duties or taxes?
